The first step is an Initial Consultation. Here we’ll talk through your background, symptoms and what you’re hoping to achieve. Then, together, we’ll agree the right approach for you. Your one-to-one sessions are tailored specifically for you based on YOU: your needs, your circumstances, your particular symptoms, and your lifestyle.
At the consultation, I’ll also give you some tools/strategies you can use immediately, so we can get you feeling better as quickly as possible.
The consultation and all subsequent sessions are online (via Zoom) and at a time that is convenient for you. This eliminates unnecessary travel and means sessions are conducted from the comfort and safety of your own home, ensuring that your one-to-one sessions are optimally effective.
