If you have stress, anxiety, insomnia, or behaviours/habits you don’t want, it’s time to tackle it NOW.
You can take one of my courses or see me one-to-one. The choice is entirely yours based on YOUR needs, YOUR circumstances, YOUR time and YOUR budget. I don’t advocate a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach because the ‘best’ program for you will be the one you can actually do!

If you are a company looking to address stress in your workplace, please take a look at my workshops and offerings here.
All my courses utilise the powerful and effective psychology and neuroscience-backed tools and strategies I use in my one-to-one sessions.
Each course is delivered online through a series of videos (plus additional workbooks, handouts and other resources) for you to work through in your own time and at your own pace.
In one-to-one sessions, I use a number of techniques specifically designed to help you make significant, positive, and more importantly, long-term sustainable changes in as short a time as possible.
All sessions are tailored specifically for you, based on your needs and particular symptoms.
Programmes range from 1-hour sessions through to half-day and full-day workshops.
All workshops are designed to be informative, fun, interactive, and more importantly, provide easy-to-implement, actionable strategies that attendees can use in many different areas of their lives, for the rest of their lives.
I have helped hundreds of people, just like you, with a range of issues, including those below. This is not an exhaustive list, so if you can’t see your specific issue mentioned, please get in touch. There’s every chance I’ll be able to help.
I don’t believe that anyone is inherently ‘broken’ or needs ‘fixing’. Rather, I believe that stress, and symptoms of stress, can be reduced simply through reframing our brains. And that’s quicker and easier than you might think!
The techniques I use are science-backed, evidence-based, and importantly ‘solution focused’. So rather than focusing on your problems, we’ll look instead at what you want to achieve and where you want to be in life. Simply put, we focus on your present and future, and not your past.
